Another twitter name , I did not mention this morning on my last blog , was twitter @princess emsy ( the domestic princess ) who has tweaked things for me , I.e add some protein to me oat cake , and given me some great fitness advise , full of wonderful motivational help for me , I thankyou too so much xx

Cup of filter coffee and milk with 2 brazil nuts
Before dinner , half a banana , 3 almonds and half glass of milk
Teaspoon of coconut oil ( delicious ) and 1 cup of green tea blend and milk
Cup of green tea blend with milk
Funny having a few treat meals , doesn’t stress me out , just makes me bounce even more into positive cleanandlean brain :) and more determined :)
Weigh in 10.13 gained 1lb , kind I thought I would have as had a few treat meals this week , no stress :)
Drinking daily evian water

Naughty brunch with sister , 2 poached egg on 1 piece of brown toast , first bit of bread since last year, plus good fat 2 almonds

At my sisters house , presented with chip shop chips gggrrr , I take as little as possible prob 20 :(
Cleanandlean thought of the day , sugar is not just empty calories , it is toxic beyond its calories @bodyism
exercise
20 minute brisk walk bbbrrrrr freezing , but makes u feel wide awake :)
mid morning
Filter coffee with full milk, and granola bar on the go ( not cleanandlean) :( as prob has sugar init
10 squats before breakfast , then natural organic yoghurt , blueberries , body brilliance @bodyism
Breakfast,warm water and slice lemon, omega supp, multi optimum supp @bodyism

Cucumber , cherry Tom , chicken , prawns , ( 1/4 jacket pot not clean n lean ) tiny bit of organic cheese , b vinegar for good fat :)
